To make the spicy tomato onion chutney, start by cutting the onions and tomatoes, keeping them separately.

Heat 2 teaspoons of sesame oil in a pan.

Add red chillies, onions, and tomatoes to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes until they soften.

Turn off the heat and allow the cooked ingredients to cool.

Transfer the cooled mixture to a mixer grinder and add 2 tablespoons of water. grind it into a smooth paste.
