How To Cook?

Begin by preparing the ingredients as per the instructions.

In a heavy-bottomed pan, add tomatoes, garlic, black pepper, organic cinnamon, green chilies, and cashew nuts.

Cook over medium flame, stirring continuously, until the tomatoes have softened and the cashews have slightly roasted.

Now, add the jaggery and red chilli flakes, and continue cooking over medium flame until the chutney thickens to the desired consistency.

Once the chutney has thickened, turn off the heat and add lime juice. stir well to incorporate the flavors.
