How To Cook?

Wash and peel the carrots. cut them into small pieces.

Heat a tablespoon of sunflower oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add mustard seeds and let them crackle.

Now add the red chillies, carrots, and curry leaves. saute for a few minutes until the carrots are slightly tender.

Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool.
