In a pan, heat gingelly oil over medium heat.
Add fennel seeds and saute until they release their aroma.
Now, add the sliced onions and curry leaves to the pan. cook until the onions turn translucent.
Stir in the ripe tomatoes and cook until they become soft and mushy.
Once the tomatoes are cooked, add turmeric powder and salt to taste. mix well.
