To start preparing the spicy tomato curry, heat a pan with coconut oil and temper it with mustard seeds and curry leaves.
Add the green chillies, ripe tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt to the pan.
Allow the tomatoes to cook over low heat until they become soft and mushy.
While the tomatoes are cooking, grind the fresh coconut, cumin seeds, and onions along with 1/2 cup of water to make a smooth paste.
Once the tomatoes are soft, add the ground mixture to the pan and cook over low heat for an additional 3 to 4 minutes. then, switch off the heat.
