To begin making the spicy sprouted moong delight, heat vegetable oil in a pressure cooker.
Add the mustard seeds and cumin seeds. once they crackle, add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and asafoetida. saute for about 1-2 minutes until the onions turn translucent.
After 1-2 minutes, add the turmeric powder and sprouted green moong. saute them for about a minute.
Next, add the garam masala and kashmiri red chilli powder. mix well to coat the moong sprouts with the spices.
Add water, tamarind pulp, jaggery, roasted peanuts powder, and salt. stir well to combine all the ingredients.
