To prepare the spicy andhra chicken delight, marinate the chicken cubes in a mixing bowl with turmeric powder, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, greek yogurt, and salt. ensure that the chicken pieces are coated evenly with the marinade.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate the marinated chicken for an hour.
After marination, remove the chicken from the refrigerator and set it aside.
In a kadhai or wok, heat oil and add fennel seeds, curry leaves, and chopped green chilies. saute briefly, taking care not to burn the spices.
Now, add ginger garlic paste and saute for a few seconds until the raw aroma disappears.
