Rinse the sprouted green gram and set it aside. you can use them raw or steam them for 2-3 minutes to slightly cook.
Finely chop the onion. peel and dice the cucumber. deseed and finely chop the tomato.
In a mixing bowl, combine the sprouted green gram, chopped onion, cucumber, tomato, and nutty muesli.
