Cut the paneer into 1-inch cubes.

In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, chickpea flour, and corn starch.
Add green chilli paste, ginger paste, garlic paste, sugar, kashmiri red chilli powder, garam masala, lime juice, and salt. mix well to form a smooth paste.
