Begin preparing the grilled spicy fish delight by ensuring that the fish fillet is cleaned and well-prepared.
Create horizontal slits on both sides of the fish fillet to allow the marinade to penetrate.
Rinse the fish and apply a layer of salt on both sides. allow it to rest for about 10 minutes.
In a bowl, combine the hung curd, finely chopped onions, chopped green chilies, tandoori masala, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, and chopped fresh coriander leaves. add salt to taste.
Spread this marinade mixture over the fish, ensuring it gets into the slits and covers both sides thoroughly. let the fish marinate for 40 to 50 minutes, covered, for the flavors to develop.
