To prepare spicy prawn rice delight, start by marinating the prawns with red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. let it marinate for 30 minutes.
Cook the rice in a saucepan with bay leaves, black peppercorns, and salt. once cooked, let it cool down. add cinnamon powder and black pepper powder to the cooked rice and mix well.
In a separate pan, heat oil and add chopped onions. cook the onions until they become soft and translucent.
Add minced ginger and garlic to the pan and cook for another 2 minutes.
Now, add thinly sliced carrots and green capsicum to the pan. cook the vegetables for about 2 minutes.
