In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, chickpea flour, kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and finely chopped fresh coriander.

Gradually add water and knead into a smooth and firm dough. cover and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.

Roll out the dough into a thin circle on a floured surface. cut the rolled dough into diamond or square-shaped pieces. keep them aside.
