To prepare the sprouted green moong dal sundal, start by sprouting the green moong dal. you can either sprout them at home or use store-bought sprouted green moong dal.
Heat sesame oil in a pan.
Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, green chilies, and curry leaves to the pan after the mustard seeds crackle.
Once the curry leaves become crispy, add the sprouted green moong dal, salt, and mix well. cover the pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until the dal is tender.
