To prepare the spiced ragi paratha, gather all the required ingredients and keep them ready.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ragi flour, finely chopped onions, chopped green chillies, grated carrots, dill leaves, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, and salt.
Gradually add water little by little to the mixture and knead it to form a soft and pliable dough. knead for about five minutes until the texture of the dough becomes smooth.
Once the dough is ready, cover it and set it aside for 15 minutes to rest.
After 15 minutes, divide the dough into equal portions.
