Transfer the grated radish to a strainer and press it well to remove excess water. set aside the radish and retain the water.

In a mixing bowl, combine the wheat flour, grated radish, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, cumin powder, and garam masala. mix well to incorporate all the ingredients.

Add the reserved radish water to the mixture and mix thoroughly.

Gradually add water, as needed, and begin kneading the ingredients to form a soft dough.

Cover the dough and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
