How To Cook?

In a mixing bowl, combine semolina, wheat flour, green chillies, carom seeds, chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, coriander leaves, salt, and oil. mix well.

Gradually add water and knead the ingredients to make a soft and smooth dough, similar to roti dough.

Add 1 teaspoon of oil to the dough and knead again to make it even smoother.

Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes. if you are short on time, you can start rolling the parathas immediately.

After 15 minutes, divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into medium-sized balls. flatten each ball slightly.
