In a bowl, take 1.33 cups of whole wheat flour and add salt. add 1.33 teaspoons of ghee and mix well.

Gradually add water in portions and knead the dough to form a smooth and pliable texture.

Add more water if required while kneading. cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Pinch a medium-sized ball from the dough and flatten it. dust with flour.

Roll the flattened dough into a circle of about 4 inches in diameter.
