In a mixing bowl, combine all the stuffing ingredients with sattu atta. add 1 to 2 teaspoons of water to make the stuffing moist and easy to fill. set aside.
In a separate bowl, prepare the dough by mixing wheat flour (atta), oil, and salt. knead it into a smooth and pliable dough.
Divide the dough into small portions.
Take a portion of the dough and flatten it into a small disc. place a portion of the sattu stuffing (approximately 2 teaspoons) in the middle of the disc. fold the edges of the dough to enclose the filling and pinch off any excess dough. roll out the paratha gently using a rolling pin.
Heat a tawa or flat pan over medium heat. cook the rolled paratha on the hot tawa, applying oil or ghee on both sides, until they turn golden brown and are fully cooked.
