To begin making the spiced colocasia paratha, let's prepare the paratha dough.
In a large bowl, take 1 cup of whole wheat flour (atta) and add a pinch of salt. mix it well.
Gradually add water and knead to form a soft and pliable dough.
Knead the dough for a couple of minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
