To begin making the beetroot paratha, peel the skin of the beetroots and chop them into small pieces.
Cook the chopped beetroot with 2 tablespoons of water until they become soft and tender.
In a blender, add the cooked beetroot pieces and grind them into a thick and smooth puree, adding very little water for grinding.
In a wide mixing bowl, add the beetroot puree, whole wheat flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, roasted cumin powder, and salt.
Mix well and knead to make a smooth, soft, and non-sticky dough. if the dough is sticky, add a little more flour and knead.
