To prepare the multigrain lachha paratha, start by mixing the multigrain flour and salt in a mixing bowl.
Add a tablespoon of ghee and mix it into the flour to create a crumbly texture.
Gradually add water and knead to form a soft and smooth dough. allow the dough to rest for 15 minutes.
After resting, knead the dough again for a couple of minutes to make it more pliable.
Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and shape them into round balls.
