In a large mixing bowl, combine pearl millet flour, whole wheat flour, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, grated ginger, finely chopped green chilli, and chopped coriander leaves.
Gradually add water, little by little, and knead to form a smooth and firm dough.
Drizzle some oil on the dough and knead for a few more minutes until the dough is smooth.
Cover the dough and let it rest for half an hour.
