Wash the ivy gourd thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt or impurities. trim the ends and cut them into thin slices.
In a pan or wok, heat some oil over medium heat. add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. let them splutter and release their aroma.
Add curry leaves and green chillies to the pan. saute them briefly to infuse their flavors into the oil.
Now, add the sliced ivy gourd to the pan. season with turmeric powder and salt according to your taste preferences.
Stir-fry the ivy gourd on medium heat until they are cooked and tender. this should take about 8-10 minutes.
