Rinse the purple cabbage thoroughly and slice it into thin pieces.
In a pan, add the sliced cabbage along with a pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons of water.
Cover the pan and cook the cabbage on medium heat until it becomes tender. stir occasionally to avoid sticking.
Once the cabbage is cooked, remove it from the pan and set it aside.
In the same pan, heat coconut oil over medium heat.
