To prepare the coconut bhindi stir fry, wash and dry the bhindi. trim the ends and cut them into small pieces.
Finely chop the onions, grate the fresh coconut, and slit the green chilies.
Heat oil in a heavy-bottomed pan or kadai. add mustard seeds and curry leaves. allow them to crackle.
Add the chopped onions and saute until they become tender and translucent.
Now, add the slit green chilies and the cut bhindi to the pan. sprinkle some salt.
