To make the green moong stir-fry with coconut, heat a flat skillet with oil. add mustard seeds and cumin seeds, and allow them to splutter.
Sprinkle a pinch of asafoetida (hing) into the skillet.
Place the green moong sprouts in a pressure cooker. add turmeric powder, salt, and 1/4 cup of water. pressure cook for 3 whistles and then turn off the heat.
In a separate skillet or pan, heat oil over medium heat. add the mustard seeds and cumin seeds and allow them to crackle.
Stir in the curry leaves, green chilies, grated ginger, fresh coconut, and the cooked green moong sprouts.
