Heat oil in a pan and add dried red chilli, chopped green chilli, curry leaves, and sliced onions. fry until they turn golden in color. then, add ginger and garlic paste and fry until the mixture becomes golden-brown.

Add the chicken pieces to the pan and fry until the chicken loses all its moisture.

Now, add coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, and salt to the pan. sprinkle 4 tablespoons of water and cook for about 15 minutes, allowing the spices to coat the chicken and enhance its flavor.

Your spicy chicken stir-fry is now ready to be served. enjoy it as a snack with chutney or as a main dish accompanied by roomali roti or any other bread of your choice.
