To prepare the spiced bhindi and capsicum stir-fry, heat a kadai with oil, add chopped bhindi (ladies finger), sprinkle with some salt, and stir fry until they are cooked through and slightly crisp.
Once the bhindi is cooked, remove it from the kadai and set it aside in a bowl.
In the same kadai, add some more oil and sprinkle cumin seeds. allow them to crackle.
Add finely chopped ginger and saute until it softens.
Now, add sliced green capsicum and stir-fry until they become soft.
