To prepare the spicy cluster beans chutney, start by washing the cluster beans and removing the ends. cut them in half and set aside.
Heat a pan with oil and add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, and curry leaves. saute them until aromatic.
Add chopped onions and saute until translucent.
Now, add the chopped garlic, ginger, green chilies, and cluster beans to the pan. sprinkle salt and cook until the beans are tender.
Once cooked, allow the mixture to cool down and transfer it to a blender.
