Peel the skin of the mangalore cucumber and keep the flesh aside for later use.
Heat a kadai with oil, and fry the chopped cucumber peel until it becomes soft.
Remove the fried peel from the kadai and set it aside.
In the same kadai, add urad dal, chana dal, and grated coconut. roast them for 2 minutes.
Once done, grind the roasted ingredients along with the fried mangalore cucumber peel and tamarind pulp to make a smooth chutney.
