To start making the spiced colocasia delight, scrub the colocasia thoroughly to remove any dirt.
Pressure cook the colocasia with a little water and a pinch of salt for just 1 whistle (do not overcook).
Once the pressure is released, open the cooker and peel the skin off the colocasia. cut them into halves lengthwise and place them in a large mixing bowl.
In a wide plate, mix the gram flour, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, dry mango powder (amchur), roasted cumin powder, and salt.
Add this spice mix to the cut colocasia (arbi) and toss well to coat them evenly.
