To prepare the mini steamed sweet dumplings with jaggery and coconut, start by boiling water in a saucepan (about 1/2 cup of water).
Once the water comes to a boil, add the rice flour along with a pinch of salt.
Stir continuously until the rice flour is well combined and forms a smooth dough.
Turn off the heat and use ghee or clarified butter to shape the dough into small dumplings while it's still hot.
Heat an idli or dhokla steamer and steam the dumplings for about 10 minutes until they are cooked and become soft and fluffy.
