To prepare coconut jaggery rice dumplings, start by washing the yellow moong split and boiling it in 1 cup of water using a pressure cooker for 2 whistles.
Once the moong dal is cooked and cooled, mash it and set it aside.
Next, let's make the rice flour dumplings. in a saucepan, heat 1 cup of water along with 3 tablespoons of jaggery over medium heat, and bring it to a boil.
Gradually add the rice flour into the jaggery water and whisk well until it forms a smooth lump-free mixture.
Turn off the flame and let it cool for a while.
