To create the coconut and jaggery paniyaram bliss, take the idli batter in a mixing bowl and add rice flour, grated jaggery, fresh coconut, cardamom powder, and a pinch of salt.
Mix the ingredients well using a ladle to form a slightly thick batter.
Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
After 5 minutes, give the batter another good mix. if needed, adjust the consistency by adding a little water.
Heat the paniyaram pan and grease the molds with a bit of sunflower oil.
