To prepare spiced steamed sweet corn, start by peeling the excess fibers from the sweet corn and removing the husk.
Cut each corn ear into halves or thirds, depending on their size.
Place the corn pieces in a steamer and steam them for about 5 minutes until the kernels become tender.
Once the sweet corn kernels are cooked, remove them from the steamer and transfer to a serving platter.
In a bowl, combine black salt, chaat masala, and a pinch of regular salt to make the spice mix.
