To prepare the baked coconut-stuffed sweet dumplings, start by making the dough. mix whole wheat flour, ghee, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
Gradually add water and knead the mixture until it forms a smooth dough, similar to chapati dough. cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Now, prepare the stuffing. in a skillet, melt ghee and fry semolina (sooji) until it becomes fragrant.
Add fresh coconut and saute for about a minute until it slightly changes color.
Stir in the sugar and cook the mixture on low flame for another minute.
