How To Cook?

Dissolve the jaggery in water and heat it until it bubbles. strain the mixture to remove impurities and set it aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine water, milk, salt, and rice flour. mix well to prevent lumps and ensure a smooth and creamy mixture.

Transfer this mixture to a nonstick pan with ghee. stir continuously until it forms a dough-like consistency. once it reaches this stage, turn off the heat.

When the dough is still warm enough to handle, knead it to form a smooth dough. keep it covered with a damp cloth to prevent drying.

Shape the dough into small balls or cylindrical shapes (traditional shape). alternatively, you can use a thenkuzhal murukku press to make the cylindrical shape.
