To create the coconut steamed rice delight, begin by soaking the raw rice and fenugreek seeds in water. allow them to soak for a minimum of 6 hours.
After the soaking period, drain the water from the soaked rice and fenugreek seeds. retain some of the soaked water for grinding purposes.
In a blender, combine the soaked rice, fenugreek seeds, and urad dal. add a portion of the soaked water and blend until you achieve a smooth batter.
Incorporate the remaining cooked rice and a bit more of the soaked water into the blender. blend once again to attain a uniform batter.
Transfer this batter into a mixing bowl and add coconut milk and jaggery powder. thoroughly combine all the ingredients until they're well mixed.
