How To Cook?

In a bowl, take 1/2 cup of jaggery powder or grated jaggery and add 2 tablespoons of water. mix well and let it sit for 30 to 45 minutes until the jaggery dissolves.

In another bowl or pan, take 1 to 1.25 cups of whole wheat flour. add 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds and 1 tablespoon of ghee.

Stir the jaggery solution and strain it directly into the bowl containing the flour.

Mix well until all the ingredients are combined.

Knead the mixture to form a smooth dough. the dough may be slightly sticky due to the jaggery. if it appears too wet, add some more whole wheat flour and knead.
