To prepare methi and wheat flour dumplings, combine all the ingredients mentioned under "muthiya dough" in a mixing bowl.
Add some water and mix until everything comes together to form a dough. avoid over-kneading the dough.
Pinch small lime-sized portions from the dough and shape them into small elongated dumplings using the palm of your hands.
For fried muthiyas: heat oil in a deep fry pan and deep fry the dumplings over medium heat until they turn golden brown.
