In a pan, heat a tablespoon of ghee and add the grated sweet potato. cook the sweet potato on medium heat until it becomes soft and cooked. stir occasionally to prevent sticking. once cooked, set it aside.
In the same pan, add the remaining ghee and roast the almonds, cashew nuts, and raisins until they turn golden brown. remove them from the pan and keep aside.
In the same pan, add the grated coconut and saute until it turns slightly golden and releases a nutty aroma. take it off the heat and let it cool.
Grind the roasted almonds, cashew nuts, and raisins into a coarse powder using a food processor or grinder.
In a separate pan, add jaggery and a little water. cook on low heat until the jaggery melts and forms a syrup of medium consistency.
