To begin making the tangy tofu stir-fry, heat oil in a wok or pan over high heat. add garlic, ginger, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, carrot, and french beans.
Stir-fry the vegetables on high heat for a few minutes until they become tender-crisp.
Once the vegetables are cooked, add the red chilies and tofu. stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes on high heat.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sweet chili sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper.
Add the sauce mixture to the wok and mix well with the vegetables and tofu.
