To prepare the spicy tofu stir-fry, start by crumbling the tofu and set it aside.
Heat a tablespoon of sunflower oil in a heavy-bottomed pan and add cumin seeds, chopped onion, red bell pepper, green chillies, and ginger.
Saute the onions and bell peppers over low to medium heat until they become soft and tender.
Once the onions and bell peppers are cooked, add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and give it a thorough stir.
Now, add the crumbled tofu and season with salt to taste.
