Cut the tofu into small cubes and marinate them with corn flour, 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder, soy sauce, and a pinch of salt. set it aside for about 10 minutes.
While the tofu is marinating, chop the onion and celery into thin slices.
In a pan or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil over medium heat.
Add the marinated tofu cubes to the pan and stir-fry until they turn golden brown and slightly crispy. remove the tofu from the pan and set it aside.
In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed, and saute the chopped onion and ginger-garlic paste until the onion becomes translucent.
