In a bowl, combine the boiled potatoes (cut into pieces) and boiled chickpeas.

Add chopped onions, chopped green chillies, red chilli powder, chaat masala powder, chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves, lime juice, salt, and sweet tamarind chutney to the bowl. mix well to combine all the flavors.

Sprinkle pomegranate seeds over the mixture. drizzle melted butter and sprinkle freshly ground cumin seed powder. mix everything together thoroughly.
