To prepare the spicy tangy potato and tomato medley, heat olive oil in a wok or kadhai. add asafoetida, mustard seeds, and cumin seeds. wait for them to crackle.
Introduce diced red bell pepper and green chillies to the wok. give them a good stir.
Allow the vegetables to cook on high heat until the moisture evaporates, and the bell pepper becomes tender.
