Cook the sweet potatoes in a pan of boiling water for 10-12 minutes until tender. in another pan, combine the tomatoes, chickpeas, chilli flakes, and curry paste. simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
Preheat the grill. drain the sweet potatoes and add them to the tomato mixture. stir in the spinach and cook for a minute until it starts to wilt. stir in the coriander, season to taste, and keep the mixture warm.
Sprinkle the chapatis with a little water and grill them for 20-30 seconds on each side. spoon the sweet potato and chickpea filling onto the chapatis. top with greek yogurt and fold the chapatis in half to serve.
