To start making the spicy mustard potato and drumstick fry, soak the mustard seeds, garlic, red chilies, and cumin seeds in half a cup of water. let it soak for at least 15 minutes.
Wash and prepare the drumsticks by peeling off the outer layer and cutting them into 3 to 4-inch pieces.
Cut the potatoes into thick slices, about 1/2 inch each.
Drain the soaked mustard seeds, garlic, red chilies, and cumin seeds. grind them into a fine paste, adding a little water as needed.
