In a mixing bowl, grate the potatoes. add onions, coriander leaves, bread crumbs, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, amchur powder, spring onion, and salt. mix well.

Shape the mixture into small-sized balls and roll them lightly to make smooth and crack-free balls.

In a small bowl, prepare an all-purpose flour slurry by adding little water at a time to the all-purpose flour. ensure that there are no lumps. set it aside.

On a small plate, mix bread crumbs with chili flakes and italian seasoning. set it aside.

Dip the potato balls in the all-purpose flour slurry and coat them in the bread crumb mixture.
