In a pan, add eggs and enough water to cover them. hard boil the eggs.

Once the eggs are boiled, drain the water and let them cool down. remove the shells and slice the eggs neatly into halves lengthwise. set aside.

Peel, wash, and cut the potatoes into small wedges. keep them in water to prevent discoloration.

Use a food chopper or blender to mince the onions and garlic into a coarse mixture.

In a wide nonstick frying pan or a wide heavy-bottomed stainless steel frying pan, heat the oil over high heat. add the minced onions and garlic and saute while stirring periodically. cook for about 8 to 10 minutes until the onion water evaporates quickly.
